Five things, and no firehose

No pipeline to scroll, no scores, nothing to act on unless you want to. The GPs do the reading. You decide on each deal.

How a deal reaches you

Only what passed, with everything written down

ApprovedThe GPs approve itEvery deck is read, and only what passes the investment committee with all three signatures reaches members. You never see the pipeline.
AnnouncedYou read the memoThe terms, why we’re in, the named risks and what diligence found. Then the documents, in place.
Commitments openYou commit, or you don’tInterest is non-binding. When commitments open, you choose your amount, with the GPs’ money already in.
Who it’s for

Accredited investors in the UK, the EU and the US, or the local equivalent, investing as themselves or through a company they control.

Watching first is fine

Some people start as Observers: notes and events from the GPs, no deals. If that’s you, say so when you request membership. Nothing is automatic, and you decide on every deal.

What it costs

A yearly membership, paid once a GP approves you. Nothing opens until the first payment arrives.
