Time Machine ("we", "us") operates timemachine.vc. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, in three places:

• Deck submissions: company name, your email, and the pitch materials (file or link) you submit, plus any access details you provide for gated decks.
• Angel access requests: your name, email, LinkedIn, investor type, typical check size, accreditation status, sectors of interest, and any notes you share.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs and, where applicable, the page that referred you.

How we use it

We use this information solely to evaluate deals, assess fit for the syndicate, and contact you about your submission or request. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase and Vercel) on secure, access-controlled systems. We retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting and database vendors) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Deal and investor information may be reviewed by our partners and, where relevant, syndicate members under confidentiality.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. We'll honor valid requests promptly.
